Propellant Systems
The propellant systems for paintball guns are held in tanks, which hold the compressed gases used to thrust the paintballs through the barrels. These tanks are usually filled with CO2, compressed air, or High Pressure Air (HPA). In each system, there is a gas regulator that has many different configurations with high quality systems having for regulators with multiple stages. The quality of the regulator affects both velocity and accuracy in the paintball gun.
