Smoke Grenades
Even though again prohibited in tournament paintball games, smoke grenades are also used in scenario games. Players use the grenades to create a screen of smoke which they can obscure their movement and make it more difficult for the opposing players to shoot at them. In some large-scale scenario games, players are issued military smoke grenades. Smaller commercial smoke grenades are preferred due to the cost and convenience.
